Foxall and Young is a Lincolnshire-based construction company built on decades of hands-on experience and a straightforward promise: do the job properly, treat the customer honestly, and leave every site in a state we’d be happy to see at our own homes.
The business is a partnership between two local builders, Michael Foxall and George Young. George Young previously ran George Young Builders, a name many customers across the county will already know whilst Michael spent many years working for local businesses running projects from small extensions through to million pound new builds. Together, George and Michael have combined their experience into one company covering the full range of building work, from patios and driveways through to full new builds. Two names on the door means two people accountable for every job. That matters in construction.

Every project starts with a proper conversation. We come out, listen to what you want, and give you an honest opinion on what’s possible, what it’ll cost, and how long it’ll take. We won’t oversell you a job you don’t need, and we won’t undercut ourselves to win work we can’t do properly.
Once work begins, we run organised, tidy sites. Materials arrive when they should. The team turns up when they say they will. Your questions get answered. And when there’s a decision to make or an unexpected issue to flag, you’ll hear about it from us straight away, not weeks later when it becomes a bigger problem.
